The first day of travel would be to Wupatki to work with air, that travels through the earth emerging from the center of these ancient ruins. Lunch will be at Historic Cameron Trading Post & museum. On to a private part of the petrified forest, fire energy, then Coal Mine Canyon(private painted desert), to hear the earth talk, with the day ending at at picture rock canyon. Dinner would be at the Hopi Cultural Center then back to Flagstaff.
Sunday the group would set out again at 9:00am to go to Bell Rock in Sedona to walk the base, leaving behind all negativity at this negative vortex. Picnic style lunch (hummus, cheeses, fruits, crackers and beverages - all included in the cost). Onward to Montezuma's Well, to absorb this positive vortex and work with the element of water.
